This role is crucial in shaping how leading companies adopt and scale AI, making a tangible impact on their success and WRITER's leadership in enterprise generative AI.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects and customers, translating complex business challenges into impactful technical solutions for AI-powered work.
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure generative AI solutions for enterprise clients using WRITER's platform, APIs, and custom applications.
- Lead the development and execution of proofs of concept (PoCs) and demonstrations, building custom templates and integrating WRITER's capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite executives, VPs of Engineering, and AI leaders, guiding their generative AI strategy and defining enterprise-level architecture roadmaps.
- Partner closely with WRITER's product and engineering teams, providing customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
- Champion the adoption of WRITER's platform and APIs, educating prospects and partners on generative AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (solutions architect, enterprise architect, sales engineering) within a high-growth, B2B SaaS company serving Fortune 500 clients.
- Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering best practices.
- Experience in Python and proficiency with APIs.
- Experience with end-to-end orchestration to augment AI workflows and integrate AI capabilities into complex enterprise systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability as a versatile problem solver, capable of leading multi-stakeholder discovery sessions and architecting innovative solutions.
- A builder's mindset with a proven ability to connect with customer needs, challenge the status quo, and own technical success.
