Responsibilities
- Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through launch, adoption, and iteration across multiple squads and surfaces.
- Shape product strategy and roadmap in partnership with product leadership, translating company goals into clear, ambitious bets.
- Engage with enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to uncover unmet needs, validate problem-solution fit, and champion the customer voice.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, navigate technical tradeoffs, and build products, engaging in conversations about LLMs, agents, platform architecture, and data.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across go-to-market, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership, communicating strategy and tradeoffs effectively.
- Define and own success metrics for product areas, using data and qualitative signal to evaluate impact and report outcomes to leadership.
- Mentor and coach other PMs, model best practices, and strengthen a culture of rigor, customer obsession, and velocity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning and shipping complex, high-impact products, ideally in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML-driven environments.
- Senior- or staff-level experience operating autonomously across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces and influencing outcomes beyond your immediate team.
- Genuine customer obsession, with a proven ability to synthesize customer signal and design from a deep understanding of real workflows and pain points.
- Technical credibility to engage meaningfully with engineers and researchers on system design, LLM capabilities, data, and architecture.
- A blend of strong strategic thinking and relentless execution, capable of setting vision and managing release details.
- Exceptional communication skills tailored for any audience, from engineers to executives, driving alignment without relying on authority.
