Responsibilities
- Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration across multiple squads.
- Shape product strategy and roadmap in partnership with product leadership, translating company goals into ambitious bets.
- Engage with enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to uncover unmet needs and validate problem-solution fit.
- Partner with engineering and design to define requirements, navigate technical tradeoffs, and build products.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across go-to-market, sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Define and own success metrics for product areas, using data to evaluate impact and report outcomes.
- Mentor and coach other PMs, strengthening a culture of rigor, customer obsession, and velocity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping complex, high-impact products, ideally in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML.
- Senior- or staff-level experience operating autonomously across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces.
- Genuine customer obsession, with the ability to synthesize customer signal and design from deep understanding.
- Technical credibility to engage meaningfully with engineers and researchers on system design, LLM capabilities, and architecture.
- Strong strategic thinking and relentless execution capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills tailored for diverse audiences, driving alignment without relying on authority.
- A mentor's instinct and a builder's drive, with a data-informed, outcome-driven mindset.
