WRITER is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented AI Transformation Lead to partner with its most strategic Fortune 100 accounts. This role goes beyond software implementation, focusing on helping the world's largest organizations fundamentally rethink their operations through AI. You will bridge business strategy and cutting-edge technology, translating the WRITER platform's capabilities into measurable P&L impact and guiding executives in adopting an AI-first operating model. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of enterprise AI transformation, driving the transition from AI experimentation to full-scale value realization and influencing WRITER's product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Manage a customer portfolio, leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with a customer success manager.
- Serve as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 customers, setting vision and defining JTBD frameworks to drive AI adoption.
- Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor, making AI a top priority for executives.
- Lead value realization and ROI delivery through analysis and business reviews to frame the P&L impact of AI adoption.
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, managing customer teams, escalations, risk mitigation, and updates.
- Proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and collaborating with sales on cross-sell/upsell initiatives.
- Scale transformation best practices by creating and standardizing decks, frameworks, and communications for the team.
Requirements
- 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
- Proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking, with the ability to set vision and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for leading presentations and resolving conflicts.
- Proactive orchestration of cross-functional teams.
- A curious mindset and active listening style.
- Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
