As a deployment engineer at WRITER, you will be instrumental in expanding human capacity through superintelligence. This role involves partnering directly with leading enterprise customers to understand their unique business challenges and architect AI-powered solutions using WRITER's platform and enterprise-grade LLMs. You will transform complex needs into high-impact applications, driving tangible business results and shaping the future of work for major companies. This is a critical role that directly impacts customer success and product evolution, contributing significantly to WRITER's mission.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and validate technical feasibility.
- Own the end-to-end implementation of tailored AI solutions for customers.
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear solution recommendations for customers.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback for product roadmap influence.
- Drive customer time-to-value by developing scalable processes, documentation, and efficient workflows.
- Champion the adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within customer accounts.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in technical SaaS roles.
- At least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Deep technical fluency in Python.
- Extensive experience leveraging APIs, including designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications.
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.
- A builder's mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and a willingness to learn and iterate.
- A drive to connect with customers and internal teams, challenge the status quo, and own successful outcomes.
