We are seeking a talented working student to join our growing team to assist with day-to-day financial operations and take the initiative to automate and optimize processes using modern AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable (invoices).
- Manage and follow up on queries in the central finance inbox.
- Execute operational tasks and controls within expense management systems.
- Identify opportunities and advise on automating and optimizing financial operations using AI tools.
- Support the finance team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Available for 16 hours per week, with flexible hours.
- Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Dutch.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with various AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset.
- Eager to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
