We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership for the design, training, evaluation, and deployment of deep learning models for speech recognition.
- Build and refine speech models that are at the heart of our applications and directly impact end-users.
- Improve a diverse family of speech models across languages and products, and engineer fast inference on mobile devices and in hosted environments.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning for speech recognition, including developing and optimizing ASR systems.
- Excellent foundation in STT (Speech-to-Text) system development with a focus on real-world applications.
- Experience owning the ML process end-to-end: from concept and exploration to model productionization, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization.
- Shipped ML models to production using Python and PyTorch.
- Strong software engineering skills, including clean code, tests, and guardrails.
