With significant funding and a growing user base, the company is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join its dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Co-own the ML App codebase, including React/TypeScript frontend, Kotlin services, and Kotlin ETL on EKS.
- Design and implement features for data labeling, data exploration, ML training orchestration, model evaluation, model playgrounds, and ML-issue triage.
- Enhance in-house annotation tooling for better UX, throughput, and task-type extensibility.
- Maintain CI/CD, EKS deployments, and observability for the ML App, including defect triage and resolution.
- Collaborate with the Platform team on prerequisites for new training flows, such as FGA proxy and OIDC.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production fullstack web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Excellent backend experience with Kotlin (or JVM), including services, ETL/data pipelines, and schema design.
- Demonstrated ownership of a complex, production-critical system.
- Experience engineering with regulated or sensitive data (HIPAA, GDPR, BAA, PHI, or similar).
- Strong product and UX instincts, particularly in annotation, labeling, data exploration, and operational UIs.
