Anthropic is seeking Technical Specialists to drive meaningful adoption of its rapidly growing products, particularly Claude Code, within strategic enterprise customers. This role focuses on post-sale technical engagement and enablement, converting developer enthusiasm into organization-wide adoption. You will tailor enablement programs to customer-specific stacks and workflows, focusing on deep adoption of proprietary Claude capabilities. You will also engage in strategic pre-sale pilots, partnering with sales and customer engineering leads to scope, enable, and measure success. This is not a hands-on implementation role, but rather involves demonstrating the value of Claude Code and Cowork through workshops, demos, and reference implementations, acting as a credible and engaging technical voice for developers and leaders.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customer-specific enablement programs, including workshops, office hours, and labs.
- Drive deep adoption of proprietary Claude Code capabilities like subagents, hooks, and MCP servers.
- Enable customer champions and AI Center of Excellence leads to scale adoption independently.
- Partner with sales and customer engineering on strategic pre-sales pilots.
- Design, scope, and run on-site and virtual hackathons within customer organizations.
- Build production-quality demo applications, reference architectures, and code samples.
- Create technical content such as tutorials, blog posts, and recorded walkthroughs.
- Deliver keynotes, technical talks, and live-coded demos at customer and Anthropic events.
- Run 'ask me anything' sessions with customer engineering teams.
- Partner with Sales, Applied AI, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer engagement.
- Provide feedback from the field to the product team regarding enterprise developer needs and challenges.
Requirements
- Ability to open a terminal and drive tools in a meeting setting.
- Deep understanding of how agentic AI impacts software development.
- Ability to answer questions about security, scale, and agent behavior for senior platform engineers.
- Experience with enterprise developer audiences and their real workflows (CI/CD, IDE integration, secure coding, agentic pipelines, multi-agent orchestration).
- Familiarity with Anthropic's Claude Developer Platform, Claude Code, and Claude Enterprise (including Cowork).
- Ability to translate new product capabilities into field-ready content quickly.
- Credibility in discussions on architecture, prompting, agent design, evaluation, and developer workflow.
- Experience representing a company within customer engineering communities and the broader developer ecosystem.
