The work is crucial for making AI models safe, aligned, and useful through human evaluation and reinforcement learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning initiatives for Platform Engineering and Security teams, setting goals and KPIs.
- Drive company and business unit-wide programs for Platform Engineering and Security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and procedures.
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure security and compliance practices align with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Significant experience in platform infrastructure, security, or compliance with cross-departmental collaboration.
- Experience in program management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
- Experience leading day-to-day activities and process improvement.
- Action-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving and a drive for outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
