Scale AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate the delivery of computer vision workflows for a national security customer. In this role, you will own or support customer account plans, address technical issues, and utilize data to align internal resources with customer needs. You will drive the creation of tools that directly benefit Scale's Public Sector customers, manage executive-level to end-user relationships, and collaborate with customers to define computer vision use cases for our engineering team. You will also lead cross-functional teams to achieve AI/ML objectives and proactively identify customer needs to ensure success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships from executive to end-user levels.
  • Scope computer vision use cases in collaboration with customers.
  • Lead or support cross-functional project teams to deliver AI/ML objectives.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points.
  • Learn and leverage technical concepts to create or improve solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and public sector teams to deliver AI systems.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles delivering enterprise-scale applications/solutions.
  • Deep understanding of ML operations processes.
  • Track record of structured, analytics-driven problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to be onsite with customers up to 4 days per week in the DMV area and/or travel a minimum of 25%.
