Taktile is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Ops) to join their rapidly growing team. This role involves working directly with enterprise customers, acting as a trusted technical partner to resolve issues, advise on best practices, and ensure they maximize value from Taktile's AI platform. You will collaborate closely with Taktile's Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI, stays current with AI developments, and has experience with Decision Platforms, REST APIs, Python, and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Taktile platform and its customer value.
- Support post-onboarding customers with technical problems and product inquiries, optimizing agentic AI workflows.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into product improvements.
- Leverage AI to create reusable collateral, best practices, tools, and automations for the Customer Success team.
- Build strong relationships with core users within customer teams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, troubleshooting technical issues, advising on best practices, and delivering successful outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI concepts including prompt engineering, large language models, and AI Agents.
- Curiosity and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
- Clear communication skills in English for diverse customer profiles.
- Confidence in leading technical conversations and explaining complex concepts.
