Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire order lifecycle, verifying product configuration, pricing, discounts, contract terms, and customer information against company policies.
• Review and analyze contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms to ensure accurate order documentation and revenue recognition.
• Support account executives and customer success managers with quote validation, contract review, order entry, and deal desk requests to ensure compliance.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline order-related workflows and processes, including automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Fulfillment, and Product teams to expedite order closure and delivery.
• Conduct enablement sessions for new Account Executives to enhance skills and consistency.
• Perform internal audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with revenue controls and operational standards.
• Assist with ad hoc projects related to reporting, documentation, and cross-functional operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Order Management, Deal Desk, or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CPQ System), Ironclad, and Netsuite.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, ARR/MRR, and basic revenue recognition principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
