We are seeking a highly adaptable and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Growth Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives across contributor recruitment, user reactivation, and new audience acquisition for Surge AI. You will work collaboratively across various functions, bringing structure to complex challenges and achieving significant outcomes with minimal supervision. This is an opportunity to own critical growth areas end-to-end, from strategy development to execution and iteration, in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own acquisition, reactivation, and retention efforts for contributor pools, focusing on quality and meeting volume and speed targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase platform engagement and work completed on the Surge platform.
- Define and lead approaches for acquiring specialized contributors through various marketing and non-marketing channels.
- Build and own strategies to re-engage lapsed workforce segments.
- Manage assigned initiatives from kickoff to completion, aligning stakeholders across teams.
- Test and learn across paid, organic, partnerships, and non-marketing channels, scaling successful strategies.
Requirements
- Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to pull numbers, build models, identify trends, and communicate findings.
- Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including model building, evaluation, and improvement.
- Experience running campaigns across both paid and organic channels.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to scope problems and form hypotheses independently.
- An ownership mentality with a strong track record of managing work and deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Cross-functional fluency, with experience working effectively with product, ops, engineering, and leadership.
- Senior-level experience, having previously owned initiatives end-to-end.
