Scale's Generative AI business unit is experiencing significant growth. As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will spearhead initiatives projected to generate over $XXM in new revenue. This is a demanding role requiring you to operate as an Operator, Product Manager, and customer-facing Engagement Manager. We seek individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a willingness to dive deep into details, and an enthusiasm for intense, impactful work that fosters accelerated career progression.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects involving diverse stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance products based on the needs of strategic customers and initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of data labeling operations for strategic projects.
- Provide regular progress updates to Scale's executive team.
- Address some of the company's most impactful problems.
Requirements
- Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in computer science.
- Ability to perform data analytics using SQL or Python.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team, developing product or operational processes, or working as a Software Engineer.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities; experience with operational challenges or consulting is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial experience and mindset, with a passion for building new initiatives.
