Scale's Generative AI business unit is experiencing significant growth. As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will spearhead initiatives projected to generate over $XXM in new revenue. This is a demanding role requiring versatility across all operational dimensions. Responsibilities
- Own high-impact customer pipelines, making decisions that affect data quality, operational efficiency, revenue, and margins.
- Understand customer needs and design data taxonomies to enhance model performance.
- Develop pipeline infrastructure to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Train, coach, and manage global teams.
- Build analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Ops, and Go-to-Market stakeholders on advancements for leading LLMs.
- Provide regular progress updates to Scale's executive team.
Requirements
- Strong technical background, such as a degree in Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- Ability to perform data analytics using SQL and Python.
- High proficiency in understanding Software Engineering processes.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams/projects, managing operational processes, or 3+ years as a Software Engineer.
- Strong problem-solving skills in technical environments, with the ability to devise creative solutions to complex and ambiguous problems.
- Entrepreneurial experience and mindset, with a drive to build from scratch and execute quickly.
