Anthropic is seeking a Startup Partnerships Lead to drive growth and strategic alignment by forging and managing high-impact startup partnerships. This role will focus on driving the adoption of Anthropic's AI capabilities within the startup ecosystem through innovative programs that enable easy access and utilization of advanced AI models. The goal is to scale reach and impact by engaging directly with startups and through the accelerator ecosystem. This is an individual contributor role with broad ownership, requiring close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the startup partnerships strategy, leveraging AI technology and industry partnerships.
- Build relationships with key accelerators and entrepreneurial communities.
- Create startup-focused offerings, programs, and growth initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with accelerator partnerships, owning touchpoints and driving outcomes for portfolio companies to build on Claude.
- Plan and execute startup-focused events, campaigns, and promotions.
- Gather product feedback and represent the startup community's needs to inform the product roadmap.
- Track and report on key metrics to measure the success and ROI of startup initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships or business development relationships in the technology industry.
- Working knowledge of the startup ecosystem, including venture firms, accelerators, and founder communities.
- Experience designing and executing complex, cross-functional go-to-market programs.
- Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business audiences.
Benefits
- Annual compensation range: $215,000 - $300,000 USD
