Baton AI is developing an enterprise automation platform for cross-application workflows, initially focusing on automating customer onboarding and product setup for solutions engineering and implementation teams. This is the first step towards a broader vision of AI-powered enterprise-wide automation. Responsibilities
- Design and build core systems for the full-stack web application, API infrastructure, and AI-driven automation platform.
- Work on complex technical challenges involving AI agents, prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, API, and browser automation.
- Collaborate with early customers and the founding team to define the technical roadmap and deliver impactful features.
- Prototype, experiment, and ship code quickly in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Experience with React and Typescript.
- Proficiency in modern web application development using React/NextJS and Node.js.
- Experience building rich-text editors or a strong interest in tackling this challenge.
- Experience or strong interest in building AI/LLM-powered apps and workflow automation tools.
- A product-minded approach with a focus on clean code and great user experience.
- Ability to break down ambiguity and deliver solutions rapidly.
