This role is crucial for defining the tools that companies use to manage and assess their employees' language proficiency. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and design of our company-facing product, including admin, reporting, and account management experiences. The goal is to translate complex learner data into actionable insights for L&D managers, enabling them to launch, monitor, and prove the effectiveness of language learning programs. This is an opportunity to set the design foundation for a new surface, working closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams to create intuitive and impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the strategy and design of the company-facing product, including admin, reporting, and account experiences for L&D managers.
  • Translate complex learner progress, proficiency, and risk signals into trustworthy and actionable reporting for L&D leaders.
  • Set the design foundation for an early-stage product surface, focusing on 0-to-1 development.
  • Quickly create prototypes using AI tools or code to communicate concepts, build alignment, and test real experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into effective product experiences.
  • Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product design experience, with experience in both consumer and B2B contexts.
  • Experience designing B2B/enterprise SaaS products, including admin consoles, dashboards, reporting, and complex multi-user workflows.
  • Proficiency in systems and platform thinking, treating the enterprise surface as a scalable platform.
  • Strong user-centric approach, actively engaging with users to gather insights and inform product direction.
  • Excellent product thinking and structured judgment, with the ability to frame problems and articulate trade-offs.
  • Experience using AI in the design process for speed, exploration, prototyping, or sharpening thinking.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes.
  • Comfort and creativity in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing company at a pivotal stage.
  • Work with a highly skilled and collaborative team.
  • Significant impact on the company's direction.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits (implied by Series C funding and top investor backing).
