You will transform complex customer challenges into effective AI agents that measurably improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle, from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration.
- Translate business goals into high-performing AI agents and relentlessly tune them for optimal real-world performance.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, understanding their business objectives and shaping AI strategies to achieve them.
- Partner with customer working teams daily, running working sessions, troubleshooting agents, and ensuring timely launches.
- Surface unmet customer needs to the research and platform teams to influence future product development.
Requirements
- Customer obsession with genuine energy for engaging with customers, understanding their businesses, and building trusted relationships.
- Clear, direct, and persuasive communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for strategic problem-solving in ambiguous environments, identifying risks, and adapting to change.

- Proven track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility projects simultaneously and driving them to successful outcomes.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production, including familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Experience as a founder, founding team member, or operator, demonstrating an ability to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
