Our healthcare agents are transforming how patients and policyholders interact with the healthcare system, handling sensitive conversations and making care more accessible, human, and affordable.
As an Agent Strategist on the Healthcare team, you will own the entire lifecycle of our AI agents for customers, from initial pilot to production. You will bridge the gap between product, agent development, and customer-facing work, staying closely connected to both the technology and the people we serve. Your role involves transforming complex customer problems into effective AI agents that drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle, from scope to launch and iteration.
- Translate business goals into high-performing AI agents.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise customer executives.
- Understand customer business needs and shape AI strategies.
- Partner with customer working teams, run working sessions, and troubleshoot agent issues.
- Make decisions to keep agent builds on track for launch.
- Identify and communicate unmet customer needs to shape future product development.
Requirements
- Customer obsession with energy for understanding customer business and needs.
- Ability to build trusted relationships in complex organizations.
- Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for strategic problem-solving in ambiguous environments.
- Technical aptitude, including comfort with API documentation, data models, system architecture, and engineering tradeoffs.
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility projects to successful outcomes.
- Experience in financial technology, implementations at financial institutions, or familiarity with financial services security and compliance is a strong plus.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent tools (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering).
- Experience as a founder, founding team member, or operator.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, or an MBA/comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
