Responsibilities
- Define agent architecture for steerable, verifiable, conversational, and empathetic AI agents, future-proofing for evolving LLMs.
- Develop retrieval strategies to ground AI answers in customer knowledge bases and use retrieved context conversationally.
- Establish metrics and methods for measuring and improving AI agent quality.
- Enhance chat agents for seamless voice interaction, delivering lifelike conversations at low latency.
- Create a simulation platform for testing AI agents against diverse real-world scenarios.
- Develop intuitive, no-code tools for guiding and testing AI agents.
- Adapt traditional software development methodologies for AI agents, considering non-deterministic behavior and LLM reliance.
- Accelerate agent creation using generative tools and build self-improving systems based on real-world interactions and feedback.
Requirements
- Passion for being at the forefront of AI products.
- High agency and motivation to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy culture.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience and comfort building and shipping full-stack solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience building AI-powered products.
- Experience with Go and Typescript.
- Experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases.
- Leadership experience on technical projects or teams.
