Responsibilities
- Build feedback loops, evaluation systems, memory, signals, and decisioning infrastructure for self-improving AI agents.
- Design and implement long-horizon agents capable of pursuing complex business outcomes over extended periods across multiple communication channels.
- Develop reusable systems, abstractions, and tools to accelerate the creation and deployment of future AI agents.
- Address complex technical challenges in orchestration, integrations, data, memory, signals, decisioning, observability, and multi-channel engagement.
- Contribute to shaping the Horizon product by identifying platform gaps and collaborating on architecture and roadmap definition.
- Translate validated solutions from proof-of-concept to durable product capabilities for successful deployment.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong platform and systems engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to connect customer problems, product design, and technical implementation.
- Strong technical judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Builder's mindset with experience taking products from zero to one.
- Comfort working directly with customers and understanding complex business processes.
- High agency, adaptability, and clear communication.
- At least two years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go and React.
