Our Travel, Transportation and Hospitality (TTH) team supports major players in the travel industry, helping them deliver standout customer experiences and drive business growth. We focus on supporting customers in critical moments, maximizing guest lifetime value, and building delightful products. The TTH team is small, scrappy, and collaborative, with engineers who are product-led thinkers, capable of owning an agent end-to-end. As part of this team, you will set the standard for going beyond your role and help build the future of the travel industry with AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and drive revenue.
- Own and manage the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and iteration.
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments.
- Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and build transformative AI agents.
- Collaborate with customers to guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform, prototyping new tools and features.
- Build innovative multimodal experiences, integrating voice, text, and chat.
- Develop personalized booking flows, potentially leveraging mapping APIs and recommendation engines.
- Abstract complex systems into packages to modernize legacy reservation systems.
- Improve platform extensibility by introducing new capabilities to existing integrations.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills, clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
