Engineers on this team are product-led thinkers who own agents end-to-end, setting the standard for the future of the retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical and drive revenue.
- Own and manage the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through continuous iteration.
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments.
- Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and build transformative AI agents.
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development.
- Abstract complex commerce systems into scalable packages for order management, fulfillment, and returns.
- Build personalized shopping flows from product discovery to order completion.
- Develop production-grade agents capable of handling global scale traffic and diverse geographic locales.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excitement in the retail space and a care for helping top brands build customer loyalty.
