Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and drive revenue.
- Own and manage the AI Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to iteration.
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments.
- Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and build AI agents that transform operations.
- Collaborate with customers to guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform, prototyping new tools and features.
- Shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new solutions.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
