Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents for healthcare, ensuring high performance, reliability, and empathy while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Manage the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to deployment and iteration.
- Collaborate with healthcare leaders to understand their challenges and build AI agents that operate at scale.
- Develop expertise in healthcare systems, workflows, and data standards to create trustworthy AI experiences.
- Contribute to the evolution of Sierra's core platform by identifying unmet needs and prototyping new features.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
- Comfort working directly with customers.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient/member experiences.
