Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and drive revenue.
- Manage the entire AI agent development lifecycle, from pilot to deployment and iteration.
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments, establishing best practices.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients and startups to understand business challenges and build scalable AI solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of Sierra's core platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new features.
- Shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product through collaboration with research, product, and platform teams.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, particularly in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both French and English.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
- Familiarity with AI agent tools such as eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
- Previous roles involving customer interaction or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
