Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical and drive revenue.
- Own and manage the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to iteration.
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments.
- Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and build scalable AI agents.
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development and the core platform.
- Prototype new tools and features based on customer needs.
- Experiment with and integrate voice models at scale for enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills, persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Genuine interest in Financial Services and improving end customer experience.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
- Familiarity with AI agent tools: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
- Previous roles interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
