Sierra is building a platform to enable companies to create better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are seeking an Agent Builder to contribute to our innovative AI platform. This role involves tackling complex challenges in simulation, content management, and the AI agent development lifecycle. You will adapt traditional software development methodologies for AI agents and explore generative tools to accelerate agent creation and build self-improving systems.
Responsibilities
- Craft a simulation platform to test AI agents against real-world scenarios.
- Create intuitive, no-code tools for guiding and testing AI agents.
- Adapt software development methodologies for AI agents' non-deterministic behavior and natural language interactions.
- Accelerate agent creation using generative tools and build self-improving systems based on real-world interactions and feedback.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience and comfort building and shipping full-stack solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Passion for being on the frontier of AI products.
- High agency and motivation to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy culture.
