Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and drive revenue.
- Manage the entire AI agent development lifecycle (ADLC) from pilot to deployment and iteration.
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments, establishing best practices for ADLC.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients and startups to understand their challenges and build AI agents that transform their operations.
- Contribute to the evolution of Sierra's core platform by identifying customer needs and prototyping new tools and features.
- Shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product by collaborating with research, product, and platform teams.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, particularly in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency, capable of finding creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills, being clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
