Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and drive revenue.
- Manage the entire Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), from pilot to deployment and iteration.
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments, establishing ADLC best practices.
- Collaborate with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and build AI agents that transform operations.
- Shape the future of Sierra's core platform by surfacing unmet customer needs and prototyping new tools and features.
- Work with research, product, and platform teams to advance AI agent development.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, particularly in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve problems.
- Strong English and Korean communication skills.
