This role will focus on building and scaling Sierra's enterprise platform capabilities, ensuring reliability, security, and seamless integration into complex customer environments. You will be instrumental in establishing trust with enterprise clients by upholding high standards for security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and build foundational enterprise platform capabilities, including identity, access management, integration points, and extensibility.
- Ensure the platform scales across organizations, regions, and use cases while maintaining performance and simplicity for large enterprise customers.
- Set and uphold high standards for security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform to build trust with enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience building enterprise features such as SSO, RBAC, IAM, audit logs, or compliance-adjacent systems.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and working with complex customer environments.
- Backend-leaning full-stack experience building enterprise SaaS applications.
- Security-adjacent experience (e.g., auth, permissions, data isolation, threat modeling).
- Experience building AI-powered products or platforms.
