Sierra is building a platform to enable companies to create better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are seeking a Product Manager for Ghostwriter, an agent-building agent that transforms software development by allowing users to describe desired outcomes, which Ghostwriter then uses to create and deploy AI agents across various channels. As the PM for Ghostwriter, you will define the future of human-software interaction in the agent era, owning the end-to-end product experience from prompt to agent outcome and contributing to Sierra's growth.
Responsibilities
- Define how AI augments agent development, shaping workflows for drafting journeys, running simulations, analyzing conversations, and improving agents using natural language.
- Design human-in-the-loop patterns (approval flows, change review, workspace isolation) to ensure customer trust in Ghostwriter's autonomous capabilities.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and platform engineering on model selection, harness engineering, execution architecture, and evaluation/testing infrastructure.
- Act as the voice of the agent builder, understanding the pain points of CX managers, agent developers, and technical teams involved in configuring journeys, integrations, and simulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, with significant experience working directly with large language models.
- Experience shipping AI products at the frontier, with a deep understanding of frontier model capabilities, limitations, evaluation challenges, and unique UX considerations for non-deterministic systems.
- Proven track record of 0→1 product development, driving early-stage products to broad adoption in ambiguous and rapidly iterating environments.
- Strong technical depth enabling meaningful engagement with engineers on architecture decisions, including harness design, workspace isolation, and API design.
