Sierra is building a platform to enable companies to create better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are seeking a Product Manager to help bring Enterprise-grade AI Agents to the world, revolutionizing how consumers and businesses interact. This role involves solving complex product challenges for multiple stakeholders including end-users, CX managers, and developers. You will be at the forefront of discovering new tools and processes for building AI agents, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver a seamless experience. You will also act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the product lifecycle from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Bring Enterprise-grade AI Agents to the world, empowering businesses to build AI agents that represent their identity and brand.
- Solve product challenges for users seeking help from AI agents, CX managers monitoring and improving processes, and developers building on the platform.
- Discover new tools and processes for building AI agents.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, leadership, and the company to define and build a seamless and cohesive experience.
- Advise customers as a trusted and strategic advisor in partnership with sales, go-to-market, and forward-deployed teams.
- Lead the product through all stages from concept to excellent execution, in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management, with a track record of leading products from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Comfort working deeply with engineering on technical systems and tradeoffs.
- Experience building or shipping developer-facing or highly technical products (e.g., APIs, SDKs, products serving developers).
- Ability to engage credibly in architectural and implementation discussions.
- Passion for deeply understanding user needs and identifying solutions from first principles.
- Ability to operate in high ambiguity and drive new 0→1 product bets.
- Proven ability to partner closely with engineering, design, customers, and leadership to turn complex ideas into shipped products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and product concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
