Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents for healthcare, handling thousands of daily conversations while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Conduct ground-up discovery with providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies to identify new use cases and opportunities for AI Agents.
- Engage with customers at all levels to discover and assess requirements, present demonstrations, and address technical challenges.
- Develop and improve virtual agents to meet and anticipate customer needs and business processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving strategic technical strategies.
- Guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools and features.
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development in healthcare.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product development of highly technical products.
- Past experience in Product Management or similar product development roles at or above Senior Product Manager level.
- Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers, including executives.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences.
- Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient/member experiences.
- Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or working with healthcare organizations (preferred).
- Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI handling, healthcare data privacy) (preferred).
- AI-related experience, with product development for AI agents being a plus (preferred).
- Some coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go (preferred).
