Responsibilities
- Build and ship enterprise-grade AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations daily, partnering directly with engineers and customers.
- Engage with customers at all business levels to discover requirements, present demonstrations, and address technical challenges.
- Develop and improve virtual agents to meet and anticipate customer needs and business processes.
- Act as trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies for customers.
- Shape the product roadmap by scoping and implementing new features with engineering and product development teams.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product development for highly technical products.
- Previous experience in Product Management or similar roles at or above Senior Product Manager level.
- Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers, including executives.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments.
- Professional fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
