As an Agent PM at Sierra, you will be responsible for partnering directly with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents capable of handling thousands of customer conversations daily. You will engage with customers at all levels, discover their requirements, present demonstrations, and work with technical counterparts to overcome business process challenges. Your role will involve developing and improving virtual agents to meet and anticipate customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor to drive strategic technical strategies for clients.
Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents in partnership with engineers and customers.
- Engage with customers at all levels to discover and assess requirements.
- Prepare and present demonstrations of Sierra's agent.
- Address and overcome technical challenges in business processes by collaborating with technical counterparts.
- Develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to meet and anticipate customer needs and business processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor and drive strategic technical strategies for customers.
- Shape the product roadmap by scoping and implementing new features with engineering and product development teams.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product development of highly technical products.
- Past experience in Product Management or similar product development roles at or above Senior Product Manager level.
- Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers, including executives.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments.
- Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
