This role will focus on bringing enterprise-grade AI Agents to the world, solving complex customer needs, and innovating at the forefront of AI.
Responsibilities
- Bring Enterprise-grade AI Agents to the World.
- Solve for the Customer by understanding unique needs of users, CX managers, and developers.
- Innovate by discovering new tools and processes for building AI agents.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, leadership, and the entire company.
- Advise customers as a trusted and strategic advisor.
- Lead product development through all stages from concept to execution.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product, engineering, or a related field, with a background leading products from ideation to launch.
- Passion for deeply understanding user needs and finding solutions from first principles.
- Ability to operate in high ambiguity and build new, 0–1 bets.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex problems to various stakeholders.
- Alignment with company values and culture.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience designing for AI-driven products or conversational interfaces (preferred).
- Experience working on enterprise and/or developer products, including SDKs, APIs, and technical tooling (preferred).
- Experience with Typescript, React, and other programming languages (preferred).
