Responsibilities
- Solve customer needs across various stakeholders including end-users, CX managers, and developers.
- Innovate in the emerging field of AI Agents.
- Own the design process end-to-end, from concept to execution and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams.
- Gather customer feedback and conduct usability testing to inform design improvements.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system for product consistency.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in UI/UX design, with a background in leading design projects from ideation to launch.
- Deep understanding of user needs and ability to find solutions from first principles.
- Proficiency in visual design, end-to-end product shaping, interaction design, and pixel-level detail.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating design concepts.
- Experience with customer feedback gathering, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable improvements.
- Mastery of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong ability to prototype quickly and effectively using tools like Figma, Principal, or code.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment.
