Sierra is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to work directly on production AI agents for their customers. This internship offers hands-on experience in designing and developing AI agents, shipping features, and learning from real-world use cases at scale. The role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute to and learn from the rapidly evolving field of AI.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of AI agents.
- Ship features for AI agents.
- Gain hands-on experience with real-world AI agent use cases at scale.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
- Excellent communication skills, clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 are eligible.
