As a Software Engineer, Agent Intern, you will work directly on production AI agents for Sierra's customers. This role offers hands-on experience in designing and developing AI agents, shipping features, and learning from real-world use cases at scale. You will contribute to shaping the future of AI technology.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of AI agents.
- Ship features for AI agents.
- Learn from real-world AI agent use cases at scale.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Students graduating December 2027 - June 2028.
