Sierra is seeking a GTM Strategy and Operations, Industry Lead to join their team. This role will be instrumental in developing and refining the company's industry strategy, focusing GTM resources for maximum impact. The position involves owning territory design and management, pipeline progression, forecasting, and expansion strategy within key accounts. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales and Agent Development to operationalize the strategy and drive cross-functional alignment across the industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine industry strategy, including prioritization of key accounts and subindustries.
- Own territory carving and ongoing territory management for the industry.
- Manage pipeline progression and forecast tracking for the industry.
- Develop and drive expansion strategy across the industry and core accounts.
- Partner with Sales and Agent Development to operationalize the industry strategy.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across the industry, aligning stakeholders on priorities and execution.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in revenue operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
- Proven ability to own a business area end-to-end, mastering both strategy and execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Team versatility to serve as a proactive team player, handling both operational and strategic initiatives.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience owning or supporting a business line end-to-end with accountability for outcomes.
- Previous startup or high-growth operational experience.
