Sierra is building a platform to enable companies to create better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are seeking a GTM Operations professional to support our Agent Development team. This role will act as a strategy and operations partner to leadership, bringing operational rigor to the Agent Development function. You will be responsible for establishing the operating cadence, ensuring clear visibility into business health, and operationalizing best practices for enterprise agent deployment. Additionally, you will drive account expansion strategy by identifying whitespace, prioritizing opportunities, and building repeatable motions for revenue growth. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, translating insights into executive-ready recommendations, and building internal tooling with AI to automate workflows and create operational leverage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategy and operations partner to Agent Development leadership.
  • Establish the operating cadence and provide visibility into business health, pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, expansion opportunities, and risks.
  • Define and scale the playbook for building, evaluating, launching, and expanding AI agents at large enterprises.
  • Drive account expansion strategy by identifying whitespace and prioritizing opportunities.
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
  • Build lightweight internal systems and automate workflows using AI-native tools.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies.
  • Strong analytical rigor with the ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into executive-ready insights and clear business actions.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in a strategy and operations capacity.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with the ability to independently structure complex problems and drive them to resolution.
  • Commercial instinct and business judgment, with a clear understanding of enterprise technology product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset, coachability, and willingness to take on any task to help the team succeed.
  • Technical fluency and coding comfort, including experience building apps or internal tools and using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
  • Previous 0-1 operating experience at a growth stage technology company.
