Sierra is building a platform to enable companies worldwide to create better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are seeking a GTM Operations professional to support the Agent Development team, bringing operational rigor to their strategy and operations. This role will involve establishing operating cadences, defining and scaling best practices for enterprise AI agent deployment, and driving account expansion strategies. You will analyze complex datasets, translate findings into actionable recommendations for executive leadership, and leverage AI-native tools to build internal systems and automate workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support the business of Agent Development as a strategy and operations partner to leadership.
- Establish the operating cadence to provide visibility into business health, pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, expansion opportunities, and risks.
- Operationalize best practices for enterprise agent deployment, defining and scaling the playbook.
- Drive account expansion strategy by identifying whitespace and prioritizing opportunities.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
- Build internal tooling with AI-native tools to automate workflows and create operational leverage.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies.
- Strong analytical rigor with the ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into executive-ready insights and clear business actions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in a strategy and operations capacity.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with the ability to independently structure complex problems and drive them to resolution.
- Commercial instinct and business judgment, with a clear understanding of how enterprise technology products are landed, deployed, and expanded.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
