Sierra is building a platform to enable companies to create better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are seeking a GTM Engineer to implement Go-to-Market software for our marketing, sales, and agent development teams. This role involves designing and building automated workflows, integrations, and AI-powered systems to manage the lead lifecycle from enrichment to outbound activation. You will own the enrichment infrastructure end-to-end, build AI agents and internal tools to enhance sales team productivity, and develop data architecture for efficient data flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern GTM stacks and production experience with LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Implement Go-to-Market software for marketing, sales, and agent development teams.
- Design and build automated workflows, integrations, and AI-powered systems for lead management.
- Own and manage enrichment infrastructure, including pipelines for data enrichment and scoring.
- Build AI agents and internal tools to improve sales team output, such as account research and proposal generation.
- Develop and improve the fit scoring pipeline to evaluate accounts against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Develop data architecture using Postgres, Fivetran pipelines, and reverse ETL.
- Maintain data jobs, ensure synchronization with consuming tools, and track downstream impact of changes.
- Ship production code with PR review, observability, and error handling.
- Debug and resolve production incidents related to platform failures, enrichment, or LLM timeouts.
Requirements
- 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Growth Engineering, or a similar technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, including clean code practices, async patterns, database schema design, and production incident debugging.
- Hands-on experience with modern GTM stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, enrichment providers).
- Production experience with LLMs, including prompt design, evaluation loops, error handling, and scaling.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, schemas, and data flow across GTM and warehouse systems.
- Systems thinking ability to design for scalability and resilience.
- Owner's mindset with accountability from code to deployment and adoption.
