Requirements

  • 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Growth Engineering, or a similar technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, enrichment providers).
  • Production experience with LLMs, including prompt design, evaluation loops, error handling, and scaling.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, schemas, and data flow across GTM and warehouse systems.
  • Systems thinking ability to design for scalability and resilience.
  • Owner's mindset with accountability from code to deployment and adoption.
