Sierra is building a platform to enable companies to create better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to help onboard and educate customers on our Agent SDK and Agent Studio platform. This role involves leading the creation and execution of developer training programs, building scalable content like documentation and videos, and developing AI Agents as an Agent Software Engineer. You will also collaborate with marketing to publish developer success stories and inspire our technical community. Responsibilities
- Develop the playbook for customer onboarding and education on the Agent SDK and Agent Studio.
- Lead the creation and execution of developer training and enablement programs.
- Create technical documentation, educational videos, onboarding paths, and sample code repositories.
- Develop and deploy AI Agents, becoming an expert in agent development.
- Collaborate with marketing to publish developer case studies and success stories.
Requirements
- Passion for helping customers build AI Agents.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in hands-on software development or developer relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in designing and executing technical training, certification, or community initiatives.
- Strong technical skills in modern software development, including developer tooling, SDKs, and APIs.
