Responsibilities

  • Act as a Strategy and Operations partner for Agent Development in the APAC region.
  • Assist the Agent Development team with planning, organization, and trade-offs for optimizing resource deployment across customers, builds, and countries.
  • Maintain key systems for transparency and decision-making.
  • Help define and scale the playbook for designing, building, evaluating, and launching AI agents at large enterprises.
  • Collaborate with Agent Strategist account leads to identify whitespace, prioritize expansion, and build repeatable motions for revenue growth.
  • Analyze complex datasets to generate executive-ready recommendations and operationalize best practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Strategy, Product, Eng, Legal, and Ops teams.
  • Build internal tooling using AI-native tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to automate workflows and create operational leverage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies.
  • Strong analytical rigor with the ability to translate large datasets into executive-ready insights and business actions.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-disciplinary operational teams as a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to deliver succinct executive communications.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with the ability to independently structure and resolve complex problems.
  • Commercial instinct and business judgment, with an understanding of enterprise technology product deployment and expansion.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to take on any task to help the team succeed.
  • Proficiency in finding and using AI tools to enhance work efficiency and impact.
