Anthropic's Product Engineering organization is seeking experienced full-stack engineers to lead teams focused on current and emergent products. You will be a technical leader responsible for the end-to-end user experience across various platforms like Claude.ai, the Anthropic API, and enterprise deployments. This role involves partnering with product leaders, designers, and researchers to translate new AI capabilities into user-facing products, with a focus on technical quality, scalability, and a passion for AI's potential.
Responsibilities
- Build products and tools (console, SDKs, docs, observability) to empower developers using Claude in critical applications.
- Develop access programs, tooling, and product features for beneficial AI deployments targeting nonprofits, schools, and healthcare providers.
- Create purpose-built AI experiences for specific industries like Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Healthcare.
- Develop enterprise AI products that integrate Claude into daily workflows, focusing on extensibility, context, and proactivity.
- Build products for the public sector, including those for U.S. federal and state governments and allied democracies.
- Develop foundational enterprise systems for large organizations, including identity, permissions, and security.
Requirements
