This role involves collaborating directly with public sector clients to rapidly develop full-stack AI applications that address their most critical needs and create substantial impact for citizens. You will be instrumental in building custom AI applications, generating high-quality training data for LLMs, and providing advisory services to expand AI's reach. Responsibilities
- Partner with public sector clients to define problems, gather feedback, and implement solutions.
- Architect production-grade applications integrating AI models with full-stack frameworks, covering UIs, APIs, and backend systems.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring system integrity, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to core platform features for reuse across diverse client use cases.
- Collaborate with design, product, and data teams to build robust applications aligned with technical architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of post-graduation full-stack engineering experience.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure/AWS/GCP.
- Proven ability to architect scalable, production-grade applications with strong cloud and infrastructure knowledge.
- Experience deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex end-to-end solutions within customer infrastructure.
- Self-starter with technical maturity to handle ambiguous requirements and deliver reliable software.
- Experience with asynchronous communication methodologies.
