About the job

Sarvam is seeking a Technical Partner Enablement Manager to own the engineering core of our partner ecosystem, Sarvam Circle. This hands-on technical role is crucial for extending the reach of frontier AI to government, public institutions, enterprises, and MSMEs across India. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the technical bar for partner engineers, ensuring they can build on Sarvam's stack to the same standard as our own engineers. This involves developing certification programs, creating enablement playbooks and tooling, and translating Sarvam's platform into actionable guidance for partner teams. Your work will directly impact the quality and scale of AI solutions delivered through our partners, ensuring customers receive the same high-quality systems regardless of who builds them.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship with partner firms, focusing on engineer capabilities, certified capacity, and quality of deliverables.
  • Develop and manage the partner certification program, defining technical requirements and execution processes.
  • Create and maintain partner enablement resources, including playbooks, tooling, and training, to facilitate independent building on the Sarvam stack.
  • Translate Sarvam's platform, models, and product features into accessible technical guidance for partner engineering teams.
  • Shape the integration of partner firms into engagements, including firm selection, role definition, and work allocation.
  • Lead initial co-delivered engagements with new partners and assess their readiness for independent execution.
  • Establish and manage a review cadence with partners to track engagement progress, identify risks, and ensure adherence to plans.
  • Maintain a consistent quality bar across all partner-built work, utilizing scorecards and implementing corrective action plans as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience working with systems integrators or consulting firms, understanding their engineering operations, staffing, and quality management.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to review implementations, identify potential issues, and engage in design discussions with partner engineering leads.
  • Proven experience in building scalable enablement programs, certification processes, training, or technical onboarding initiatives.
  • Understanding of agentic AI, LLMs in production, evaluation methodologies, and challenges at scale.
  • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure and resist compromising quality when facing program delays.
  • Comfort and initiative in building new programs and processes from scratch without existing templates or precedents.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience, with potential for Lead level roles.
